Common models include HF-100, ZB-530, P533J, etc. Some models can be customized for decomposition temperature and gas generation rate.
Application scenarios
Hard PVC foam products such as building boards, advertising boards, and pipes, with a reference dosage of 4-8.
The foaming of the sole requires adjusting the uniformity of the foam holes, and some products are specifically designed for high-density foaming.
2、 Polyurethane foaming regulator
Functional characteristics
As a foaming agent or stabilizer, it regulates the open/closed cell structure of PU soft foam to improve resilience and density uniformity.
Application scenarios
The production of high resilience foam, foam adhesive and shoe materials needs to be used together with foaming agent.
3、 Technical Comparison
Different from nucleating agents: foaming regulators focus on melt rheological control, while nucleating agents (such as nano calcium carbonate) directly refine the generation of foam pores.
Synergistic effect: When used in combination with hydrotalcite, it can enhance thermal stability and reduce surface defects.
