CPE 135B is a specialized rubber-grade chlorinated polyethylene with 35±1% chlorine content, designed as a versatile synthetic rubber and impact modifier. It features:
• Moderate Mooney viscosity (ML 1+4, 100°C ≈ 60) for excellent extrusion and calendering processability
• Superior mechanical properties: Tensile strength ≥6.0 MPa, elongation at break ≥700%
• Outstanding resistance: Flame retardant, heat-resistant (-40°C to 120°C), oil-resistant, weatherproof, and chemically stable
• High compatibility: Blends freely with PVC, NBR, SBR, EPDM, and natural rubber
• White powder form: High whiteness (≥85) and excellent colorability
