Shorten the plasticizing time of PVC resin, reduce processing temperature, and improve melting efficiency. For example, adding ACR401 can shorten the plasticizing time by 40-60 seconds and improve the melt flowability.
Through the interaction between molecular chains and PVC particles (such as π – π conjugation), a “molecular level stirrer” is formed to accelerate the crushing speed of primary particles and increase plasticization efficiency by three times.
2. Enhance melt performance
Significantly increase the melt strength (such as by 300%) and reduce the risk of melt fracture. The core-shell structure (hard core/soft shell) forms physical cross-linking points in the melt, increasing the storage modulus (G ‘) by 2 orders of magnitude, making it suitable for foaming products to avoid foam breakage.
