2) CPE has excellent oil resistance, especially ASTM1 and ASTM2 oils, comparable to NBR; excellent resistance to ASTM3 oils, better than CR and comparable to CSM.
3) CPE has high filling performance and can be made into products that meet various performance requirements. CPE has excellent machinability and is available in Mooney viscosity (ML1211+4) grades ranging from 50 to 100.
4) CPE is a saturated rubber with excellent anti-oxidative aging, anti-ozone aging, acid and alkali resistance and chemical properties.
5) CPE contains chlorine elements, has excellent flame retardant properties, and has the characteristics of anti-drip burning. The antimony-based flame retardant, chlorinated paraffin and Al(OH)3 are used together in an appropriate proportion to obtain a flame-retardant material with good flame-retardant performance and low cost.
